The Toastmaster 3B20AT09 built-in warming drawer has two drawers and is designed to hold cooked foods at a safe, thermometer verified serving temperature with proper moisture content. Holding temperature and moisture content can be set for the type of food being held. This model holds a 16″ x 16″ x 5″ steam pan and utilizes 120 volt power.
